Who cutting my earning on youtube

I think Youtube never cuts Revenue even Invalid clicks. 

Estimated earning means the range  earning of 28 days.

  how much you earned on youtube on the date of jun to july that shows as the estimated earning of 1 month.  Try to understand what I Mean. Youtube never cuts earning. 

If you earn 20 dollar on jun to july that will appears 20 dollar as estimated earning which will not appears on Aug to Sep. How much you earn that will show as the estimated earning of the month. Got it ?
